These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrackSensei at tracksensei.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
TrackSensei is an AI-powered music production analysis tool. You upload audio files and/or Ableton Live project files, and receive automated analysis reports with AI-driven feedback on your production. The service is offered as-is and is intended as a learning and feedback tool — not as a substitute for professional audio engineering.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TrackSensei offers three tiers: Free, Pro, and Unlimited. Each tier has specific limits on the number of analyses per month and chat messages per analysis. Current pricing and limits are displayed on our pricing page. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
You retain full ownership of all audio files, project files, and other content you upload to TrackSensei. By uploading files, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering the analysis service. We do not claim any rights to your music or productions. Uploaded audio files are deleted within 72 hours after analysis completion.

The production feedback provided by TrackSensei is generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, subjective opinions, or suggestions that don't apply to your specific artistic intent. The feedback is meant as guidance, not authoritative instruction. Use your own creative judgment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
TrackSensei is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
